Preamble
The issuance of an access ticket (pre-sale, on-site purchase, or invitation) constitutes a contract between the client (including invitees) and the public establishment. This contract is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale of KILOMETRE25 (below), which you accepted before obtaining or acquiring the ticket. KILOMETRE25 sets the regulations specific to the organization of the event. The client must strictly comply with the regulations, failing which their liability may be engaged. As these conditions of the public establishment are an integral part of the pre-sale contract, the client holding it must therefore scrupulously respect them, failing which they may be denied access to the event without any refund of the said pre-sale ticket being granted.Special conditions in the context of a pandemic: In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, a number of health rules are in place. The purchase of a ticket implies full adherence to the health protocol in force at the time of the event. In the event that a client has any doubts about their health or has been in contact with a sick person, they are requested not to attend the event and to contact the establishment before the start of the session at the following address: reservation@kilometre25.fr. A ticket transfer to a later event or a refund will then be offered.Article 1 Admission: The pre-sale, ticket purchased on-site, or invitation is not a right of entry. The management of the public establishment reserves the right of admission. In the event of refusal of admission, please claim your pre-sale refund on the same evening from the establishment's manager at the door. Any subsequent request will not be processed. The purchase of this ticket entails adherence to the internal regulations of the public establishment and these conditions. Any illicit, dangerous, or disruptive behavior that disrupts the smooth running of the event will result in the immediate expulsion of the offender without any refund of the admission fee. The management of the public establishment reserves the right to check the identity of the client at the entrance to the venue where the event is taking place. The client must therefore be in possession of an official, valid, and photo ID: identity card, passport, driver's license, or residence permit. Entry to the event is subject to verification of the validity of the ticket. Due to the ongoing Vigipirate plan, security personnel will ask the client to open their bag for a visual inspection and will conduct a pat-down of clothing. All objects deemed dangerous will be confiscated. In addition, bulky items (suitcase, scooter, skateboard, etc.) will not be allowed on site; only handbags, tote bags, and backpacks will be accepted. As a public establishment serving alcoholic beverages under license IV, Kilomètre25 only accepts adults. An ID will be required at the entrance. Any minor who has purchased a pre-sale ticket will be denied entry and will not be entitled to any refund. The management of Kilomètre25 reserves the right of admission. In case of refusal of admission, please claim your pre-sale refund on the same evening from the manager on site at the entrance door. Any subsequent request will not be processed. During Sold Out evenings, Shotgun offers the automatic purchase option for customers on the waiting list. It is hereby reminded that the option is active until the end of the event in question if it is not removed by the customer. Therefore, we decline any request for refunds from customers on the waiting list who have obtained a place through automatic purchase and have not attended the event. All exits are final. The same applies in the event that the ticket has not been used by the client, as in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. The pre-sale ticket is personal and non-transferable; a valid ID may be required. Each pre-sale ticket is nominative and personal and can only be resold in accordance with Law No. 2012-348 of March 12, 2012 on the Organization of Sporting and Cultural Events, which prohibits, under penalty of criminal sanctions, the habitual sale of tickets for cultural or sporting events without the express authorization of the organizer or the rights holder.
